\[\left\{\begin{matrix} x’= &2x_{0}-x \\ y’= &2y_{0}-y \end{matrix}\right.\]

\[\left\{\begin{matrix} x’= &-x \\ y’= &y \end{matrix}\right.\]
Simmetria rispetto all’asse y
\[\left\{\begin{matrix} x’= &x \\ y’= &-y \end{matrix}\right.\]
Simmetria rispetto all’origine O (0,0)
\[\left\{\begin{matrix} x’= &-x \\ y’= &-y \end{matrix}\right.\]
Esempio 1.- Determinare i punti simmetrici rispetto all’Origine dei punti A(-2, 3), B(-1,-6), C(0-4).
Risoluzione
$\displaystyle -y=3(-x)-4$
da cui si ha:
$\displaystyle -y=-3x-4$ cioè $\displaystyle y=+3x+4$.
Simmetrie rispetto alle bisettrice y = x e y = -x
\[\left\{\begin{matrix} x’= &y \\ y’= &x \end{matrix}\right.\]
\[\left\{\begin{matrix} x’= &-y \\ y’= &-x \end{matrix}\right.\]
Simmetria rispetto ad una retta parallela all’asse x d’equazione y = k
\[\left\{\begin{matrix} x’= &x \\ y’= &2k-y \end{matrix}\right.\]
Simmetria rispetto ad una retta parallela all’asse y d’equazione x = h
\[\left\{\begin{matrix} x’= &2h-x \\ y’= &y \end{matrix}\right.\]
\[\left\{\begin{matrix} x’= &2h-x \\ y’= &y \end{matrix}\right.\]
per h = 1 si ha:
$\displaystyle \left\{\begin{matrix} y’ &=y \\ x’ &=2-x \end{matrix}\right.\, \, \, \rightarrow \, \, \, \, \begin{matrix} y\rightarrow &y \\ x \rightarrow &2-x \end{matrix}$
Quindi sostituendo in $\displaystyle y=3x^{2}+3$ si ottiene:
$\displaystyle y=3x^{2}+3\rightarrow y=3\left ( 2-x \right )^{2}+3\rightarrow y=3x^{2}-12x+9$
Traslazione di vettore $\displaystyle \overrightarrow{\left ( a,b \right )}$
\[\left\{\begin{matrix} x’= &x+a \\ y’= &y+b \end{matrix}\right.\]
Risoluzione
La traslazione è: \[\left\{\begin{matrix} x’= &x+3 \\ y’= &y-4 \end{matrix}\right.\]
$\displaystyle y+4=2\left ( x-3 \right )^{2}-4\left ( x-3 \right )+2\rightarrow …$
Domanda: Dove son finiti x’ e y’ ?
Traslazione solo lungo l’asse x
\[\left\{\begin{matrix} x’= &x+a \\ y’= &y \end{matrix}\right.\]
Traslazione solo lungo l’asse y
\[\left\{\begin{matrix} x’= &x \\ y’= &y+b \end{matrix}\right.\]
Trasformazione identica
Dilatazioni
\[\left\{\begin{matrix} x’= &hx \\ y’= &ky \end{matrix}\right.\]
Dilatazione orizzontale
\[\left\{\begin{matrix} x’= &hx \\ y’= &y \end{matrix}\right.\]
Dilatazione verticale
\[\left\{\begin{matrix} x’= &x \\ y’= &ky \end{matrix}\right.\]
Omotetia, una particolare dilatazione
\[\left\{\begin{matrix} x’= &hx \\ y’= &hy \end{matrix}\right.\]
Affinità
\[\left\{\begin{matrix} x’ &=ax+by+c \\ y’ &=a’x+b’y+c’ \end{matrix}\right.\]
$\begin{vmatrix} a &b \\ a’ &b’ \end{vmatrix}=ab’-ba’\neq 0$
